What This Privacy Policy Covers

This policy covers how Tell America treats personal information that may be received. "Personal information" is information about visitors that is personally identifiable like name, address or email address that is not otherwise publicly available.

This policy does not apply to the practices of other web sites, organizations or companies. The omission of any standard practice, detail or component of rights protected by law does not imply a waiver of those rights.

Tell America receives information when visitors:

• sign up to receive web site update notices,
• send questions or information via email, or
• order copies of videotapes.

Storage of Information:

Tell America collects email addresses in order to send out the web site update notices. Other items of personal information are not retained in the email list. Visitors are given opportunities to opt-out of the list, if desired.

Tell America does not retain personal information gathered as a result of questions or information received by email. Identifiable information is deleted once an answer or acknowledgement has been returned to the sender.

Tell America does not retain personal information gathered in the sales of videotapes unless specifically requested by the visitor. Individuals are given opportunities to opt-out from further contact, if desired.

Privacy of Children:

If a visitor who has shared personal information also discloses their age as 13 or below, that information will not be retained for any purpose. Individuals we know to be age 13 and below will not receive updates or other communications from Tell America.

Preferences:

Visitors may request their email address be deleted at any time.

New categories of marketing communications may occasionally be added to the site. Visitors who read this page can opt out of receiving future communications from these new categories or they can unsubscribe by following instructions contained in the messages they receive.

Changes To This Policy:

Tell America may update this policy. Visitors will be notified about significant changes in the way personal information is treated by placing a prominent notice on this site. Email notification of such changes are, in the opinion of the site owners, closely related to spam. Tell America does not support spam nor those who dish it out.
